Registrations are up & running for our next prenatal courses! ✨ You can join at any stage of your pregnancy, and you may take either a single course or both of them! Partners are welcome (and encouraged!) to attend as well.

1️⃣ Birth is Movement by Belén Farias .luxembourg on Oct 1st (in person) is a birth prep course thought to give you tools to be able to live fully that unique moment. We will learn about the physiology of birth and how to facilitate its natural development, as well as confort techniques and the importance of movement. We will get moving, learn to recognize our pelvis and experiment with different props and positions.

2️⃣ Postpartum is Stillness by Polina Schneider .leopard on Oct 8 (online), will give you tools to survive and enjoy the (in)famous 'fourth trimester'. We will understand the normal needs of newborns and we will learn tools to help meet them without losing our sanity. We will as well learn the importance of caring for the mother during her postpartum

Pregnancy and birth are crucial events in the lives of women, and they change us forever. Unfortunately, in current times we are always busy, running around, having tasks to fulfil and deadlines to meet, and we have no time to trully connect with our current pregnancy or our upcoming birth.

The Birth Village is a space for you to take a pause and connect: with your pregnancy, your upcoming birth, and other women. We will meet weekly, and at each encounter we will talk, share and discuss.

Each week I will propose and explain a different topic, ranging from the female pelvis, birthing positions, breathing, coping techniques, pain and the role of the partner, to postpartum, breastfeeding, babywearing, attachment. We will not follow a strict program, and the contents will adapt to your interests.

There will also be a space for each woman to bring to the circle their own worries, fears or questions, and to share with the rest her own thoughts and experiences. Together we may create birth charms, birth altars or inspiration boards, and share different tools to help you be more present, connect and project your upcoming birth.

As a final perk, Birth Village members can profit from special prices in other workshops and classes. We will also have a Whatsapp group to keep in touch between sessions 🙂

The next dates will be in May and registrations are already open and running, so feel free to PM if you'd like to grab a spot!
