In this retreat you will live in a big house on a calm white sandy beach surrounded by a marvellous garden. You will have opportunities for introspection but also to enjoy the beach life and connect with your fellow students and staff. The yoga holiday will offer you time for reflection but also to have fun.

Description of the place:
Tortolì is situated in Ogliastra, on the Eastern coast of Sardinia. Surrounded by mountains of Gennargentu and on the coast of Golfo di Orosei, one of the most exceptional natural areas in Europe regards of the sea and coast. Wild and savage nature, beautiful clear blue seas, and white beaches are characteristic for Ogliastra, where you meet authentic Sardinian culture. Tortoli is the main city of Ogliastra, where one can find lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The house is 5 minutes by car from Tortolì, 10 minutes from Porto Frailis and Arbatax which is by the sea.
Short descriptions of the teachers
Mona was born in Finland and has been living in Luxembourg for 20 years. After having worked in social sector, she got a degree in psychology and did her first teacher training in hatha yoga (200h ) in an Ashram in Netherlands. Each year participating in different teacher trainings ( Noah Maze, David Swenson, Biff Mithoefer…) and having taught about 2000 hours of different styles of yoga till now, as well with adults as with children. She has been organizing retreats in Luxembourg and Sardinia for several years. Mona has the second degree in reiki. In her yoga classes she wants to take in consideration each individual’s bodily limitations by underlining the importance of self-knowledge. Breathing is the golden line of her classes.
Jérôme Kralj propose des moments de zazen: la concentration sur la posture en position assise. Cette pratique de méditation s’adresse à tout un chacun, que l’on soit débutant ou expérimenté. L’étude de la posture et de la respiration justes peut se faire à n’importe quel instant de la vie quotidienne. Une retraite de yoga s’y prête de manière excellente.

Healthy, light, local mediterranean products chosen with care by local cook.
The cook: Francesco has lived his whole life in Sardinia and he loves the see and all the activities around it like fishing. He chooses his products by care and has a great imagination what comes to cooking. Many products come from his family (oil, wine...)
Possibility for vegetarian food or any other particular diet. Wine from local producer. Desserts and special evening menus.
Price
1200 euro includes for a maximum of 7 participants:
all meals and drinks (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, all drinks; water, wine, juice, coffee, tea….)
- accommodation in double rooms in the house directly by the sea. Possibility for one person in a single room (price euro)
- daily yoga and meditation classes and possibility for reiki on demand

- shuttle from Cagliari airport to Tortolì
