You hear the term “sustainability” a lot, but has anyone really thought about it? While studying in Portugal, the word “sustainability” came up in every lecture. When you hear it that often, you can no longer resist it.
I challenged myself with this collection it made me re-evaluate my usual way of thinking and various ingrained stereotypes.
I want to show that even by changing one habit you can make a big difference. I drew most of my inspiration from the readily available materials at home. It reflects my trademark minimalist style.
The dominant colors are white and light blue. The color blue is very dear to me because it symbolizes clarity of thought and evokes a sense of peace.

Darba mērķis ir izpētīt dažādus veidus kā attīstīt modes industriju, izmantojot ilgtspējīgākas metodes. Ar nelielām izmaiņām mēs varam radīt daudz labāku modi mūsu pasaulei. Mode būs un nepazudīs. Pasaule mainās. Ir jāmainās arī cilvēku domāšanai un izpratnei par to.

Būšu pateicīga, ja nobalsosi spiežot uz bildes like👍❤️

Daudz ir dzirdēts vārds “ilgtspējība”, bet vai kāds par to ir aizdomājies? Mācoties Portugālē, katrā lekcijā izskanēja šis vārds. Dzirdot to tik daudz, vairs nevar tam pretoties. Kolekcija ir izaicinājums man pašai, laužot savu ierasto domāšanu un stereotipus. Es esmu slikts ilgtspējības piemērs, jo neesmu no tiem cilvēkiem, kas regulāri šķiro atkritumus un izvēlas pirkt produktus bez iepakojuma. Manā skapī noteikti var atrast apģērbu, kas ir pirkts ātrās modes veikalos.
Es vēlos parādīt, ka, pat mainot vienu ieradumu, var izmainīt daudz.
Iedvesma gūta lielākoties no mājās pieejamiem materiāliem, atspoguļojot savu tipisko minimālisma stilu. Dominē baltā un gaiši zilā krāsa. Tieši zilā man ir ļoti tuva, jo tā simbolizē domu skaidrību un rada miera sajūtu.

Women who can’t escape from Narcissus reflection. Narcissus in ancient Greek mythology , is a beautiful young men, hunter who fell in love with his reflection and died out of love for himself.
The collection is borrowed from the men’s wardrobe, complemented by accessories inspired by the Narcissus philosophy. The myth of Narcissus is also associated with the destruction and rebirth of nature, as well as the transformation of humans into a plant. Colors are chosen classic and the accent from fabrics is denim.
