We asked Montis, Top Performing Team Leader, what his leadership style is. Here’s the answer: “For me, communication is the key. I like to keep things simple, trust people, and let them make mistakes to learn through the process.” 💡

We asked Shamsiddin, the Top Performer in the “0-6 months” Category, what the reason was for him to join ITS? 👀 He said, “I had previously worked at ITS and I liked it a lot. Then - Covid hit and traveling was restricted, so I switched to another industry. Now when the travel industry is bouncing back and even surpassing its previous volumes, I felt comfortable returning to ITS.” 🥰

💡Last week ITS HR team attended the biggest HR conference in Latvia - HR Week.🤩Here's what our colleagues have to share from the event: "It was our pleasure to witness and support Pavel Bahu, Global HR Director at Group, as he discussed different HR trends. Overall, the conference proved to be exceptionally enlightening, featuring experienced industry speakers who generously shared their perspectives on both current HR challenges and the future of HR. We're already working on implementing some of these best practices gleaned from the conference into our own HR strategies and operations." ☺️
