Pregnancy and Oil!!

All I can say I wish I knew what i no now!!

When I was pregnant with both my boys I suffered from crazy sickness.

If I only knew that I could have used some of my oils to support me I would have jumped straight on it!

So if you are currently pregnant or trying keep these in mind as they might help u are well!!

Peppermint- perfect for nausea!!

Spearmint- again nausea this one is for the people who aren't a lover of Peppermint

Digize- perfect for when you belly just isn't feeling good. It has been suggested to make up a little roller with digize and Peppermint, to roll your belly in a clockwise motion!

Ningxia- mixed with sparkling water helps with extra hydration, antioxidants, vitamins and Minerals.

Unfortunately I'm 1000% done with having any more kids but I'm so happy to be able to support those I love in the future!!

A little DIY I have been Loving!!!

Nothing too crazy just a salt scrub!!

With the cooler months gone it makes it harder to hide my unshaved legs 🤭!! So Salt Scrub to the rescue!!

My legs are forever dry and since changing to lowtox I have struggle to find some I enjoy on my legs (in all honesty there are still so many products to try haha).

So decided an at home DIY was required till I stop being lazy and order something!!

What I do is salt scrub my legs (my whole body) and then shave. Sometimes I even re scrub my legs if they are feel really dry!!

This recipe is one of the easiest DIYs I have made!!

I used
1/2 of Himalayan salt
2 teaspoons of Fractionated coconut oil (can use any oil you like)
20 drops of Essential oils (I used Gentle Baby)

This was definitely a hard choice but a good choice!!!

I started this page and this business in April and if I knew I was going to learn what I have not only about myself or this lifestyle I would have started years ago!!

I'm not going to lie it's hard and there has been times I have already said 'what's the point just give up'. But I actually love sharing everything with you!!

I'm only at the start of this crazy journey but wholey I am loving it!!

To be able to be creative while laying in bed on a Friday morning while my boys are watching tv, makes my heart so full!

But for me it's the personal growth and the community of beautiful people who make this all worth it!

I get to connect with people I have never met nor would have ever met! I'm so thankful that I said yes!!

I have a massive plan for my future and this business is going to help me achieve it!!

FRAGRANCE!!

So did you no there is more then 1200 fragrance chemicals currently in use that have been flagged as potential or known "chemicals of concern".

To me this is just nuts!!

I'm alittle unsure how they can get away with using these chemicals in every day items and don't even have to tell us they are there.

They are all just under the umbrella of Fragrance!!

As I listed above this term is in so many of our products.

So not only are they hiding the chemicals from us but they aren't giving us the choice!

Now I'm not gonna lie there are some products I haven't changed out that has this ingredient in it. But I'm 100% aware of it how and I tell you I'm doing my best to change it out!!

Next time you are putting your washing on or in the supermarket pick up an item and just have a look (if it even lists the ingredients 🤔).

All I'm gonna say do your own research and see if your mind isn't blown away!!

Strip Soaking!!

Omg have you seen people on tiktok strip soak there partners hats or whatever!!

Well silly me strip soaked my babies blankets!!

YUCK was the only reaction!!

So because this is my 1 year old favourite blankets I changed it up and used some of my favourite products!!

I used to strip these blankets
1 cap of Thieves household cleaner
1 cap of Thieves Laundry Soap
1/2 cup of my Laundry Boosters (bicarb, washing soda & Epson salt)
I let it soak for 5 hours then washed it how I normally would!

Honestly you need to try it!!

Fizzing Toilet Powder!!

This would have to be one of the latest diys I have been trailing at home!!

Since I have gone low tox the toilet has been let a little un loved!

My hubby honestly has told me to just got buy something for the toilet!!

So I finally got around to making this amazing little diy!!

Fizzing Toilet powder
1 cup Bicarb
1/4 cup Citric Acid
20 drops EO

Store in an airtight container

Honestly I just feel it in my bathroom and put it in before I shower and clean it after I'm done!! So bloody good

Oily Spotlight!!

STRESSAWAY!!

If the name doesn't give it away this bottle of oil helps with stress and anxiety!!

I have said many times this was 1 of the oils I used up quite quickly when I got my bundle.

It's unreal as a perfume but just are good in the diffuser!! Almost like a vanilla carmel vibe (for all those candle loving people)

I have finely been able to restock this beautiful oil and I'm in love!!

Currently my favourite!!

This bad boy is my current perfume blend and I forgot how good it is!!

5 drops stressaway
5 drops Valor

The best part about these oils is that they are in the starter bundle!!

I stole these from my mums bundle because I couldn't wait for my 2 oils to arrive!!

I've always suffered with my monthly visits!!

I'm talking shark week!! This week for me has always been a week of bad cramps and just the feeling of fatigue!

Dealing with the fatigue is so manageable but I have never been able to manage my pain!

I can't even count the times I use to be bed bound with pain for a couple of days meaning I missed school and work.

As I get older every time just seems to be a little different!! And well adding in the mix of having 2 births it's a different again!

I'm so bloody thankful that I found these oils and its just crazy how offen I reach for a little bottle rather then panadol!

My favourite Blend of all time is:
10 drops Panaway (Starter Bundle Oil)
10 drops Copaiba
10 drops Digize (Starter Bundle Oil)
Topped with Coconut Oil

This bad boy stay in our room at all times!!

Guys it's honestly amazing how good a scent is!!

My all time favourite is Peppermint!

Wakes up my brain, opens my air waves and just makes everything so much clearer!

So good when your a little under the weather and just need that little bit more to help!!

Stain spray!!

I have only recently been trying out my stain spray and I love it!!

To be able to spray a whole shirt and then judt put it in the wash has been amazing!!

I am still using the stain stick on the harder stains but the spray is just a quick spray.

All I used was

1/2 cap of undiluted Thieves Laundry soap
1 cap of Thieves Household Cleaner
20 drops Lemon Essential Oil
Then topped with water

I started looking into toxins alot when I found out I would be living with a spectic tank!

Then I found a lovely lady who introduced me to the Oil and well it all unfolded from there.

Now I wish I new about all this sooner.

I wish I knew the chemicals I was putting my on face were contributing to my breakouts (I was using "all natural" bases and mineral powders).

That spraying Glen 20 and spray in wipe was making my asthma so much worse!

That using a all time favourite baby wash was causing my son skin to react and became really dry!!

When I started switching and ditching and was seeing the difference in myself and my family I almost cried.

In all honesty I would start doing your own research look at your beloved products and have a think!!

I can't tell you what's bad for you it's all up to you and how much you want to expose yourself and family!!

I promise you I'm am not 100% toxin free but I have made some amazing changes and you see the results!!

Well this right here is all you need to replace those toxic cleaners in your home!!

1 cap full of Thieves Household Cleaner and a bit of Bicarb!!

In all honesty I use this almost everyday and is my first resort when I have a stain I can just wipe off!!

The best thing about this little DIY is that u make customise it to whatever you need! Need it to be a little bit running more Thieves or if you need to rub a little hard more bicarb.

I have used this I my bathroom, kitchen, beach top and let's just say pen on walls!!
