As the year comes to an end, take some time to reflect. Dedicate a few minutes of stillness as you think about what you have overcome and what lies ahead. Do you struggle with painful periods?! Then you should definitely give this a try!

Progessence Plus Serum, also referred to as PP or Pro+, contains USP-grade progesterone (from wild yam extract). Progesterone is a hormone that is produced in the body. It regulates the menstrual cycle and is crucial for pregnancy. You also NEED progesterone to have a healthy libido. As you age, you have a natural decrease in progesterone production so this product can be very beneficial when you are starting a family and after 30 years of age.

Does anyone else have a sweet, cute puppy that they LOVE SO MUCH, but doesn’t do well with the fireworks? The Fourth of July holiday is often a time for dogs where their anxiety can run high. And sometimes, can even cause them to run away! You can apply peace and calming, lavender, or stress away. Young Living also has an animal line with an oil called T-Away! These oils have been life-changing for my family and now even our dog Gus!!

Much like people, animals respond to essential oils in a similar way. They are, however, a little more sensitive to the effects of oils. For animals, we work oils through their fur or hair for the best results. Oils should always be diluted when applying to animals.

For small animals, apply 3-5 drops of diluted oil mixture! For larger animals, apply 3-5 drops neat (no carrier oil) per application! (Remember that if you are using hot oils you should dilute!)

Have you heard of double cleansing? Well, it is exactly as it sounds—washing your face twice!
