I started my day with meditation, 20 minutes of my exercises ,breakfast,tea and vitamins.

I always take my multi vitamins that has 13 vitamins,16 minerals and 14 antioxidant plus my optimiser the vitamins for my beautiful skin,brain, liver and blood vessels as I can’t get all the vitamins that I need from my foods.
