A couple of things whipped up tonight, we don't often have a lot of mash, so this recipe actually does our fam of 4 just right. It went perfect with steamed greens and the steamed meatballs - trust me once you try steamed meatballs you'll never pan fry them again!!

A needed lunchbox baking top up for the kids, I subbed the white sugar in these cookies for allulose, and the brown sugar for coconut sugar- and yep did quality control checking and they pass 😉

Sunday afternoon we ran the "Saving time & Money" Thermomix®️ cooking class. I was freaking out thinking how we were going to manage with 3 of us, when Belindas amazing hubby gave up a couple of hours of his time to help BOH - an absolute lifesaver!

We were low in guests today, but it didn't matter, we had some really good chats about the class, recipes and shared some great $$$ savings tips - along with getting them excited about mag 3 and our nect class. Proud of Carlene & Belinda for talking during the cooks - I know it takes a lot to talk infront of groups but you were both such naturals, I believe that's due to your passion for the Thermomix®️, the value you see in it, and the impact owning one and becoming a consultant has had for you and your families and wanting everyone to know and be part of it. Everyone needs one in their home!!

So this was dinner last night- it was one of those "sh*t forgot to take the meat out" nights, and what the heck was for dinner.

This ones no longer a never made recipe- will definitely make it again, simple but delish flavpur. We served it on hot buttered toast 😋

Ok so we know it's pretty epic that the TM6 has inbuilt scales and they weigh in 1g increments.

What's the strangest thing you've used your Thermomix®️ scales for to weigh?

Here in New Zealand it is currently Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori - Māori language week. A pretty significant and special time.

How cool that someone (I can't recall who) has given these parts of the Thermomix®️ their māori name. Thanks to Lauren for sharing with me.

🍪 cookie time 🍪

Well believe it or not it s the first time I've made these cookies before 🤯 (owned a Thermie nearly 4yrs)

Whipped these up for the kiddos lunchboxes, and yes, yes I did try one for "quality control purposes" haha.

These are up there 🙌 with the Oatmeal & Raisin Cookies.

✨️I also used the countdown/woolies brand of white choc buttons as that's what was in the pantry.

🍍pineapple vanilla popsicles 🍍

I popped into the supermarket yesterday for a couple of things I needed and found pineapple on special.... What was I going to make with it?? No idea 🤣 Well a quick search on Cookidoo®️ was sure to solve that issue.

Here we have these yummo popsicles using up that fresh pineapple. Sienna thinks they are "soooo yummy" The popsicle moulds can be found in The MixShop - that sale ends 19th Sept!!

Yep more lemon slice, the last batch went down such a treat.

This ones gluten and sugar free (ive found with allulose you dont get the ick after taste like other sugar alternatives), can easily be made dairy free, by subbing butter for a dairy free alternative.

There's no way to make these look pretty, but holy moly they are yum!!!

Whipped up the tortillas when I got home from work, and sorted the mayo, then the 'big mac style sauce'.

Oh and I got around 14 tortillas from the dough, and that $12.53 tray of mince was enough to use on all the tortillas. So a cheap meal of you ask me, and the tortillas are so much nicer than store bought.

Next time round I'll crush up some corn chips and add with the lettuce 🤩

🥬coconut creamed kale🥬

Ok serious question what's a food item you've purchased only to have a similar facial expression or moans and groans???

I wasn't too popular for bringing home what's been referred to as "cattle food" - says the one who grew up on a farm 🤣🤣

Anywho he decided it would be in his best interest to find a recipe on Cookidoo®️ and cook it in the Thermomix®️ A little while later we got to enjoy the coconut creamed kale with our lamb chops for dinner.

3/4 ate it and enjoyed it - despite ol mate thinking it's "cattle food" cooked this way its delish. There's also another recipe using kale I'll try sometime soon.

🍋Seriously the best Lemon Slice🍋

When life (a lovely Thermie pal) gifts you lemons, you whip up the best lemon Slice.

In this recipe I subbed out all the sugar for allulose (powder), and guess what!!! You'd never know it tastes delish!!!

Some cut up for some teacher pals as a wee treat tomorrow.

Super exciting dinner in our house tonight 🤣

Homemade pitas, with whatever fillings we could find - actually it was some crumbed chicken with cheese, sauce and pickles.

I tell ya what home made pita bread is so much nicer and you don't need 5litres of water to wash it down afterwards (on acc of store bought being so dry)

Homemade from scratch has never been better.
