How to request for your ARV refill through Xpress by LoveYourself: 💊

1. BOOK - Fill out the ARV Xpress delivery form through this link: bit.ly/xpressbyLY

2. CALL - Our Xpress team will contact you to confirm your request within 5 days from the date of signed up.

3. DELIVER - Recieve your parcel through our in-house Xpress Delivery riders to your chosen delivery address.

Reminders‼️

1. Book for your ARV refill request 2 weeks before your last pill.
2. Delivery fee will apply depending on your location.
3. If you did not get a call from our team within 5 days please contact the hotlines posted.

LoveYourself White House’s last schedule of operations for 2021 is on December 23. We will be CLOSED starting December 24, 2021 - January 4, 2022.

For CEBU treatment clients only :

🔘 ARV refill is available for onsite pickup from 12NN to 4PM only - no need to schedule an appointment.
🔘 Xpress Refill is put on hold and onsite visit is the only option.

LoveYourself White House operations will RESUME on January 5, 2022.

- Those with more than 15 pills: you may sign up on our XPRESS REFILL

- those with 14 pills or less (Emergency Refill): you can access any treatment hub nearest you, call our hub hotline so we can provide the ENDORSEMENT letter.

Please bring your edorsement letter and booklet to the nearest hub and they will provide 1 bottle of your regimen.

LoveYourself reiterates its commitment to serve you amidst the increasing cases of COVID-19 and the Enhanced Community Quarantine. Below are the details you need to know:

TESTING SERVICES
LoveYourself Community Centers will be OPEN for HIV/STI testing, PrEP, PEP & HRT (except for LoveYourself Uni & Welcome).

ARV REFILL SERVICES
LoveYourself Treatment Clients may refill either through online sign-up or hotline (please see the social card for hotlines and QR code). Both written and verbal instructions will be provided by our staff upon confirmation of refill delivery/pick-up.

* For clients enrolled in our treatment program who need to access EMERGENCY REFILL (with seven pills or less), dial the Emergency Refill hotline for instructions.

* For clients ENROLLED IN OTHER CENTERS in need of ARV Refill and who are in the vicinity of any LoveYourself Community Center, you may dial the Emergency Refill hotline for instructions.

Please be guided accordingly.
