Last week, we have try on 4 ingredients peanut butter cookies. It challenges me to see if we can make cookies with only 3 ingredients. So here we go, super fast simple and easy recipe, provided with 2 no bake cookies. You may try it even if you have no oven.

4 Ingredients Peanut Butter Cookies
超简单花生饼食谱 - 只需四种材料 农历新年饼
Today we are going to make 3 types of peanut butter cookies with different texture, from crunchy to crispy, super simple and easy.
The recipes details are all listed at the end of the videos. Refer below for some baking tips that you might need to take note of.
A. Chunky Peanut Butter Cookies
1. The recipe provided can make up to 40 servings.
2. Bake at 150 °C /300 °F for 10-15 minutes. Do note that you might need to take it out when even at light brown colour as it will get slightly darker after.
3. Let the cool down and the texture will get even better.
B. Oatmeal and chocolate chips Peanut Butter Cookies
1. The recipe provided can make up to 20 servings.
2. Bake at 150 °C /300 °F for 10-15minutes.
3. Do note that the chocolate chips might burnt at the top of the cookies, suggested to reserve half of the chocolate chips and spread it in the mid way baking.
4. Continue to bake at low temperature if you think it is not crunchy enough.
5. Let the cool down and the texture will get even better.
C. Easiest Oatmeal Crispy Peanut Butter Cookies
1. The recipe provided can make up to 20 servings.
2. Bake at 150 °C /300 °F for 10-12minutes. Do note that you might need to take it out when even at light brown colour as it will get slightly darker after.
3. When come to shaping, try to keep the thickness less than 5mm to make it crispy.
4. Let the cool down and the texture will get even better.
Tips to store the cookies
1. Keep the in a closed tight container or zipped bags. They can last for one to two weeks if you didn’t finish them. 😋
2. If it get a little bit soggy, you may bake it at 100 °C or 215 °F for 5-10 minutes. Eventually it will taste like fresh bake.

[Egg Tarts Lovers] In this episode, we are going to have fun with egg tarts. They are all healthier with higher nutrition value and lower carb. If you are trying to control carbs intake or having Keto diet, then you will find them super useful or serves as an alternative recipe for you.
There are two version of tart shells and two versions of custard fillings. One is no added sugar and fats, another one is friendly to Keto diet. Or you can mix accordingly to your own flavour. 😉
All recipe Make 3-4 Tarts
Tart base type 1
- 1 medium Banana (120g)
- 3/4 cup quick oats (80g)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Tart base type 2
- 3/8 cup coconut flour (40g)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil/ melted butter
- 1 egg
For tart base,
Bake at 160°C/320°F for 8-12 minutes
Filling type 1
- 1/2 cup of yogurt (120g)
- 1 large egg yolk
Filling type 2
- 1/8 cup brown sugar (25g)
- 1/8 cup and 1 Tablespoon boiling water (45ml)
- 1 large egg
- 1/8 cup soy milk (30ml)
For Filling,
Bake at 150°C/300°F for 20-25 minutes
For yogurt,
You may use various flavour, I tried mango and vanilla. They taste fantastic.
For soy milk,
I used unsweetened multigrain soy milk in the video, feel free to use any others but do note that you might need to reduce the sugar amount if you’re using sweetened soy milk.

I love cake but also the history cake of them like where and how they begun and modified it.
This time we are going to make slightly healthier Japanese Castella cake or sponge cake. We are going to use almond flour instead of all purpose flour and reduce the sugar amount.
