Welcome to the Get Dedi.cait.ed reboot.

My goal is to keep it real & raw. Share the ups and downs of my journey in navigating food & fitness.

Working out and lifting heavy have been passions and outlets of mine for the past few years. It wasn’t until I got a certification in personal training and nutrition that I truly found what worked for me.

The more I thought about it, the more I realized that the whole point of fitness and nutrition isn’t a temporary fix or a quick solution to anything. It’s a lifestyle that will never be perfect. Good days, bad days, good workouts, bad workouts…we all go through it. Whether it's in the gym, with your physique, mentally, whatever it may be… progress is not all sunshine and rainbows.

Initially, I tried to start posting on another separate Instagram…it quickly failed. I tried hard to be perfect with posts, tips, routines, recipes (news flash: it’s impossible). Keeping fitness, nutrition, and my life separate does not make sense…so screw it. It only makes sense for me to share it all in one place: because it’s a lifestyle.

My biggest sources of inspiration have come through people I have met through these interests.I hope that this is a place where you feel the same. And no, I am nowhere near perfect, but over the past few months I have worked with coaches to learn how I can best help myself, so that I can best help you, and current and future clients. Long story short, welcome to my reboot.
