When it comes to bad food, you can have two choices, either you can indulge or simply change your identity. Consuming a small slice of a cake is not going to kill you, however, if you indulge it may kill you in a longer run. However, there will be cases where you will crave for the sweet food. In that case, there are chances that your body is either in need of some vital nutrients, or your body needs water or your body is simply looking for some pleasure. once you understand what is it that your body is craving for, your sweet hunger will be taken care easily.

At times we all experience the down-time in our lives, however, that doesn't really mean that all of your past efforts are ruined. Even though you might miss few work-outs or ended up doing a binge eating with friends, accept the fact that it happened and there is nothing you can do to change your past. however, because you ended up over-eating over the weekend, missing your work-out is definitely not the right solution. Just accept whatever mistakes happened, happened and move forward with all your good intentions to take care of your body.

Changing any habit is not easy. Same is the case with the eating habits as well. In order to change the eating habits, it is important to identify the wrong food items, wrong timings and wrong reasons. And then take care of each of these factors individually and replace them with good foods or alternate activities. There are chances that many times these good changes will not be visible or may not show the immediate results, however, it is necessary to stick to the plan and keep making small changes for better version of yourself over and over.

Similar to most people, you have been on a diet. And most people (95%) experience that all fail in the long run (although most of them work for a shorter period of time). As per psychologists, Polivy & Herman, this cycle of failure, misinterpretation, and repeated attempts is called the βfalse hope syndrome.β Although this cycle may seem harmful, in the case of dieting it further leads to overeating, weight gain, and lot of negative psychological issues. It is essential to escape this cycle and by changing your own self by changing the psychology and your relationship with food.

Eat Less, move more strategy has failed multiple times and it simply doesn't work. Eating less will temporarily allow you to lose weight, but as soon as you do binge eating once in a while, you will put on all the weight you have lost and many times even put on few additional kilos. Hence, one should focus on eating the balanced diet and make the right choices whenever possible, rather than just restricting the food intake. Make a list of items you wish to purchase while ordering the grocery online and never go to super market empty stomach. You will end up buying many un-wanted, unhealthy food items if you are shopping empty stomach.
