3.)Food labelled as “fat-free,” “low-fat,” “low-calorie", can be quite deceiving. Many diet foods end up containing more sugar and sometimes even more calories than their full-fat counterparts.

4.)Coffee and tea can be extremely healthy if you drink it right. The added milk, syrups, cream ends up making this drink sugary and high in calories.

5.)Popcorn is a whole grain which is loaded with nutrients and fibre. It's the added butter and salt which makes it unhealthy, especially if it's out of a packet. Keep whole corn seeds at home and pop in the pressure cooker with decent amount of butter and salt. This ends being a great snack if you're trying to lose weight.
