Alot of the time in our lives we seek to be some one who we are not, seeking happyness outside of us. But when we close our eyes and look deep inside the darkness of our inner ocean we realise that it holds the key to who we really are.

Hi there, I'm Dawn-Lou, the heart behind Breez Healing. It's a pleasure to introduce you to our sacred space. Here at Breez, our mission is to be your guide on your journey towards innate self-healing, wisdom, and self-discovery. Our goal is to help you connect with your divine self, find balance, and embrace inner harmony.

Now, let me share a little bit about myself. I wear multiple hats; I'm a Shaman, a Quantum Healing Hypnosis practitioner, and a Group Hypnosis Facilitator. My journey recently led me into the world of Hypnotherapy, where I've become an advanced student at an internationally accredited school. But at the core of my being, I'll always be a Shaman.

My path as a Shaman began around 7 years ago, but the seeds of my shamanic gifts were opened at the tender age of 14 when I started seeing spirits. Raised in a strict Christian household and lacking guidance, I suppressed my gifts. It wasn't until my mid-twenties that these gifts resurfaced. As a devoted Christian, it took me several years to fully accept my calling as a Shaman and embrace my true self.

My journey to mastering my Shamanic gifts involved learning from both spiritual and human teachers, each offering unique wisdom. This eclectic mix of influences shaped my abilities and my path of service to others.

Due to the transient nature of my work and life responsibilities, I've often found myself as a traveling Shaman, extending help wherever I go. This assistance isn't limited to people; it extends to the energies of animals, buildings, and the land itself. Over the past four years, I've answered the call of Spirit, lending my skills wherever they were needed. Now, Spirit is guiding me to focus on expanding Breez Healing and offering my services to others more regularly.

At Breez Healing, our services and offerings are not only from my heart, guided by Spirit but always centered around you, the client. We understand that the wisdom and the ability to heal reside within each of us, and our practices are designed to empower you to make the necessary shifts in your life. This allows for a more long-lasting change and help you achieve the life you desire.

I wanted to share a truly magical and practical experience that recently unfolded during my time with family. As I helped water my dad's garden daily while he's away. It became an opportunity to reconnect with Mother Earth, Spirit, and my own essence every morning as I walked barefoot through the garden.

Interestingly, this practice coincided with my exploration of the Shamanic tradition and its concept of Soul loss. I had a basic understanding before, but I had no idea how profoundly it can impact us. Spirit has been teaching me about the various ways we lose our energy to everyday things, people, and situations. And oh, Spirit's guidance got incredibly practical with me.

The front yard, where most flowers bloom, had this brittle old hose, while a new one was reserved for the hardly-used back. One morning, while connecting with Spirit, I started pulling the hose carefully towards a secluded part of the garden. As I moved forward, it suddenly got stuck. In my sleepy state, I gave it an yank, and water started spilling everywhere, but not a drop from the nozzle. I managed to pull the hose out of the tap connector, and that's when Spirit spoke loud and clear.

The garden hose became a message - the tap symbolized Divine Source, the water my Soul, and the hose my container or body. The leaky hose and its tendency to disconnect from the tap mirrored how I sometimes lose connection to Spirit and myself when life pulls a little too hard. Lately, it's been quite a tug of war, and I've felt somewhat disconnected.

Spirit's wisdom continued the next day during meditation. The solution to the leaky hose? Duct tape. Yes, my trusty duct tape, representing my beliefs, values, and spiritual practices that keep me connected. Spirit was clear that when we forget our daily spiritual practices then we forget to connect back into ourselves and Divine Source.

I am still on a journey of figuring out what the other leakages and kinks in my water hose represents. And so you might see a few more posts about the water hose saga.

It's been an incredible journey these past few weeks, and I've come to realize something truly magical about life. The key to finding true balance lies in embracing the beautiful flow of spirit. And by "spirit," I mean our very own essence, the energy that fuels our soul, the divine presence that surrounds everything, and the loving guidance from our spirit guides and the source of all that is.

When we open ourselves up as vessels for spirit, it's like stepping into a river of love and wisdom, where we are always guarded, guided, and protected. There's an unshakable trust that everything will be okay, no matter what challenges we may face along the way. 🌈

Every event and situation in our lives becomes an opportunity to have a truly beautiful experience. It's amazing how the perspective changes when we approach life with an open heart and a deep connection to our inner selves. Suddenly, even the toughest moments become valuable lessons, and every encounter becomes an opportunity to grow and heal. 💖

Let's remember to be gentle with ourselves and others as we navigate this beautiful journey. We all have our unique paths, and sometimes, we may stumble or feel overwhelmed. But that's okay! We're here to support each other, to lend a helping hand, and to remind one another of the inherent strength we carry within. 🤗
