For 15 long years, Pooja battled chronic acidity that left her gut health in shambles. The burden of gestational diabetes added to her health challenges. After giving birth, she found herself carrying extra weight and her bad gut health started to take a toll on her mental well-being.

Through constant communication with her coach, Pooja embraced every lifestyle change suggested. Her dedication knew no bounds. In a mere 5 months, she shed an impressive 15 kg of weight.
The battle against acidity and bloating, which once plagued her, began to relent. Now she no longer faces acidity issues. Pooja's journey toward reclaiming her health was not without challenges, but her determination fueled her progress.

Not sure, why people start the extremes of both to be fit as per weight to height ratio.
Weightloss for sure can be achieved by starving, but I call it as a malnutrition rather being healthy.
Once you are deprived of nutrition,soon your body will be back to the same condition or even worst like earlier.
Similarly to gain weight, over eating is also not recommended as you may be eating for food,but not the right food for muscle gain.
Moreover,some people end up in getting fat rather muscle.
So just be careful, when you have a health goal to be achieved. It's always good to find a nutrition expert to guide you for the health goal.

Here I present a healthy dish from my wife's kitchen .
Its a Ragi roti with a pinch of Ghee,along with a bowl of Salad,Curd and Cowbeans vegetable.
This plate is rich in Protein, Fiber, good fats and Vitamins and minerals.
A mixed portion of everything is important on daily basis.

My workouts are always fun, and try to enjoy myself to the extent.
Further more the my inside health with proper nutrition further keeps me happy and smiling.
There should not be a specific reason to smile. It can be anything. Just a smile on my face ,Improves my personality and makes me more approachable for people.
