Circumstances of Disappearance
Late on 2-16-21, Rebecca and her 9 year old brother left a condo in Chelan taking their parent's vehicle without their knowledge. On 2-17-21, the juveniles drove to Malott, WA and an unknown adult male (5'9", 120lbs) and female (small frame, wearing black coat) joined them in the vehicle. The 9 yo was dropped back off in Chelan at approximately 1700 hours today but Rebecca remains with the unknown adult male and female in the stolen vehicle. Their destination is not known, however at some point Spokane was mentioned. The vehicle has since been located in the Lake Chelan area, the victim and suspects are still outstanding.
