How to overcome your troubles, where to find a way?

There are many aspects to finding help, first of all dont panic!

One of the main aspects is most definitely overview and organisation. You need clarity about your goals as well as your blockages.

The other is acceptance. It doesnt mean you have to accept the situation as is, it just means you have to release resistance. You can still change the situation, its just that right now, it is what it is. Feel your emotions and go through your thoughts, then keep moving.

Also dont be shy to accept support or even ask for help from others. Sometimes our feelings of self-worth are challenged in troubled times and many people close up, when they feel weak or vulnerable, however, most people in the world are benevolent and will gladly help, especially if it does not cost them anything.

Challenge your issues one at a time, one step at a time, if you focus on the size of the issues you will not have enough willpower! Tackle tasks not problems.

I hope this helps a bit for those who are looking to change their situation, i also provide healing sessions and coaching if you would like some more assistance or a personal approach.
