When you have 0 motivation to be at the gym. Think I need to switch it up and try something different. Maybe some group classes or a different type of gym.

It's been a slow journey. Last 2 pics are throwbacks to when I started back up in November. I don't have a consistent schedule, but I try to go at least three 3x a week. How do you stay motivated??? My son has helped me stay on it. he annoyingly asks daily to go to the gym 😂
