Results take CONSISTENCY!

Wake up and slam your coffee... 3 cups usually does the trick. Lots of creamer and some sweetener of course.

Skip breakfast. Because that cuts out a whole meal of calories. ๐˜๐˜ข๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜ช๐˜ด ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ๐˜ธ ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ.

In fact, donโ€™t even plan or take lunch to work. That will help you skip another meal. Youโ€™ll just take an apple and some almonds.

Get home, make dinner. Eat a second plate because you are starving and you earned a good meal.

Around 8pm find some snacks in the pantry. You did good all day, so go ahead and eat some cookies while laying in bed watching Love is Blind. Have a glass of wine while your at it.

I canโ€™t want this for you more than you want it for yourself.
But often times, I do.
I see the pain, I hear the struggles, I know itโ€™s hard & how badly youโ€™ve struggled with this for yearsโ€ฆ.and youโ€™ve just been putting it off.
You tell me that if you donโ€™t do this, you will end up like your mom who struggled with health conditions, and you donโ€™t want to become her.
You tell me you want to set a good example for your children.
You tell me you are DONE feeling tired all the time.
And yet...
You donโ€™t. You continue to keep doing the same things that got you here.
Whatโ€™s scarierโ€ฆ Staying the same? Or becoming someone new?
Change is scary. I get it girl. But staying exactly where you are (or becoming worse) is wayyyyyy scarier.
Are you comfortable in your struggle?
Are you comfortable in your pain?
Iโ€™m guessing probably not.

When I first held my newborn daughter in my arms, my heart swelled with an indescribable love. But as I gazed down at her tiny face, I couldn't help but feel a pang of uncertainty ripple through me. It wasn't just the responsibility of caring for this precious life that weighed on my mind; it was also the daunting realization of what had happened to my body during pregnancy.

Before pregnancy, I was comfortable in my own skin. I had curves that I embraced and a confidence that radiated from within. But as the months passed and my belly swelled with the miracle of life, I found myself grappling with insecurities I had never known before. The weight gain was inevitable, but the toll it took on my self-esteem was unexpected.

After giving birth, I expected my body to bounce back effortlessly, just like the countless images of celebrities and influencers portrayed on social media. But reality hit me hard. My once firm stomach now sagged, stretch marks adorned my hips like battle scars, and the number on the scale seemed to mock me.

At first, I tried to ignore the changes, convincing myself that they were temporary. I threw myself into caring for my daughter, pouring all of my love and energy into her tiny being. But no matter how hard I tried to push my insecurities aside, they lingered like a dark cloud overhead, casting a shadow over my newfound joy of motherhood.

It wasn't until I found myself standing in front of the mirror, tears streaming down my face, that I realized I needed to confront my feelings head-on. I needed to embrace my postpartum body, not just for my sake, but for the sake of my daughter. I didn't want her to grow up with a mother who was constantly at war with her own reflection.

So, I made a conscious decision to change my mindset. Instead of focusing on the flaws, I chose to celebrate the strength and resilience of my body. It had carried and nurtured a new life for nine months, and that was no small feat. I started to see my stretch marks not as imperfections, but as a testament to the journey I had been on.

Sometimes I forget the impact that MY OWN story has on others.

Catering to working moms has never meant more to me until I really struggled and hit my own rock bottom.

I was letting everything and everyone take precedence over my goals, and I was resenting myself.

I love what I do, so that is NOT okay.

The solution was simple: follow through on my own commitments.
