We've taken iced coffee to the next level! ☕🍦

Introducing our easy, no-churn coffee ice cream made with Whittard's premium coffee. Perfectly creamy and packed with rich coffee flavor, it’s a delightful treat you'll absolutely LOVE.

Whip it up at home and indulge in a coffee lover’s dream!

Ingredients:
300ml double cream
175g condensed milk
2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
Double shot Whittard Monsoon Malabar Dark
Roast
100g dark chocolate chopped
Method:
1. Pour the double cream into a large bowl and whisk together until soft peaks form. Add the condensed milk and whisk it through.
2. Add a double shot of coffee and whisk them into the cream and condensed milk until you have a gorgeous coffee-coloured smooth and thickened mixture. Add ¾ of the chopped dark chocolate and fold them through.
3. Pour the ice cream into a container such as a
2lb loaf tin or an ice cream tub and top with the remaining chopped dark chocolate.
4. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight
5. Serve in a waffle cone or a bowl topped with a sprinkle of shaved chocolate.

3 tbs of Whittard Hot Chocolate
Method:
1. Add the ice cream and your chosen hot chocolate to a blender.
2. Blend until mixed and then pour into a glass.
3. Top with whipped cream, add a straw, and enjoy!

2. Let it cool and store in an airtight container.
3. When ready to serve, mix the sugar syrup with tonic water or gin in a 1:1 ratio or to taste.
4. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and enjoy your martini!
