Lubos ang ating pasasalamat nabigyan tayo ng pagkakataon na muli nating makasama ang ating mga kaibigan mula sa Team Lisa Philippines.

Katuwang at kasama na natin ang Team Lisa sa ating mga unang hakbang patungo sa kung nasaan man tayo sa kasalukuyan. Alam nating mahabang lakarin at lakbayin pa ito ngunit nagiging magaan ito dahil sa mga katulad nilang grupo.

The Willing Listeners

In response to the evolving community dynamics, our dedicated volunteers went door-to-door, gathering essential information to ensure Liwanag at Dunong remains informed and capable of delivering vital services. This effort also serves as a valuable occasion to deepen our understanding of the community, embracing their culture, learning about their stuggles, and supporting their livelihoods.

Consistently, we were met with warm hospitality and genuine friendliness. For many Indigenous Peoples, the opportunity to share their stories is a rare one, and they deeply appreciate finding willing listeners.

This is the first time we witnessed students displaying genuine enthusiasm for their upcoming examination!

For our beginner learners, we explained the purpose of the test: to assess their preparedness for the new learning materials and identify areas that may require reinforcement.

Thirty minutes prior to the examination, they eagerly gathered outside the Aeta Learning Center, eager to demonstrate to their Katutubong G**o and volunteer teachers just how much they've leaned.

The Developing Class then continued their discussion on organizing meetings and forums, performing a successful role-playing exercise to exemplify each aspect.

Are you still as proud as we are of our Aeta Nanays and Tatays? We certainly believe so!!

Thank you Jose Rizal Elementary School for hosting the 3-day stay of our completers.

Your warmth and kindness to these Nanays will never be forgotten.

Thank you also for joining us in the campaign that education must be for everyone, and no one should be left behind specially our dear mothers.
