C est lors d’un stage de yoga et surf il y a 6 ans que Zelda découvre le yoga. Le yoga lui apporte alors une paix du corps et de l’esprit ainsi qu’à prendre conscience de chaque partie du corps.
En décembre 2019 en Inde elle saute le pas en faisant une première formation de yin yoga puis en 2020 de vinyasa yoga.
Puis très vite transmettre ce qu’elle a appris devient une évidence .
