Focus on beauty: Nebrodi's flowers close up

The secret of daily happyness is focus and a little contrast. Think about it, we treat everyday little miracles like an average occurence. Have you ever taken a hot luxurious shower, after 3 months in wild mountains (Himalayas 😊) warming the water on fire and wash with a bucket? The shower will feel amazing, than as we get use to it, we loose focus on the lovely sensation of it. Life gifts you everyday with lovely experiences. Were is your focus? Allow yourself to pause and fully take in sensorial experiences, stop your brain, immerge yourself in it. Again I recall India, where at times the smell of open sewerage was too much, than you get hit by the scent of a jasmin's vendor stall, in that much contrast the scent seems magical. Have a lovely week and smell the roses
