Nour Raihani is our leader at Cats of Tangier Rescue Mission. She presently shelters many of the most vulnerable strret cats in her own home♥️ She works tirelessly with her assistant Karima to care for the street cats in the different neighborhoods of Tangier, driving around after long work days, feeding the cats around the city, letting them know they are not forgotten by humanity.❤️ Nour is passionate and driven, and having seen her in action recently, I am more than inspired to move our mission forward to the next important and vital step: building a permanent sanctuary home for the vulnerable cats she rescues and providing resources for adoption and educational programs under her leadership. Our vision is to make of Tangier a cat friendly city in Morocco where cats can walk around and sleep safely.

To make our vision a reality:
1. Be kind to street cats
2. Interfere when a street cat is in need of help, sometimes talking people off of kicking an animal and spreading awareness by words is very helpful.
3. Put a pot of clean water by your door for street cats to drink (ain't nowhere they can find water to drink when they are thirsty)
4. If you can buy dry cat food and put a bowl of dry food by your doorway, please do!
5. Like and share our content to help us spread awareness!

We are very sad and heartbroken right now 😢

The kitty fighter couldn't make it.

He was taken to the vet by our friend, but he was in a very bad state, he had several bones broken and was carrying a virus which only made it worst.
It was impossible for him to fight even more, but we are happy we was shown love and care on his last day.

We will be keeping an eye on his siblings in case they show any symptoms of the virus 😞

Thanks to anyone who helped from near or far, really do appreciate it.

1040 كيلو غرام من أكل القطط غانعملوا على أننا نوزعوها على قطط الشوارع بطريقة معقلنة و نحاولوا نقدوا أكبر عدد من القطط من أنهم يمرضوا بأمراض سببها سوء التغذية على الأقل.

Hello Cat Lovers near and far! We have great news that we won a campaign on Animal Web Action to provide 1140Kg of cat food to the Street Cats of Tangier!
Yay!!Our rescuer Nour Rahini received the delivery last Saturday and the supplies will help her immensely in her efforts to continue nourishing the hundreds and hundreds of cats roaming the streets hungry and looking for food! This is a first successful step on our Cats of Tangier Rescue Mission that fuels our determination to continue with our goal to put in place a much needed TNVR program and then ultimately, build a cat sanctuary in Tangier where no cat will ever be turned away! This is our dream!
