8th 2 years ago, 4th last year, we won’t be able to try to climb more this year on this beautiful track in Saint Moritz, that place is like our home track and we are sad not racing there today.. good luck to everyone ! 🇮🇩

Hard post to come but I guess we start to be used to it.. From this picture from last year, came high expectations of revanche for this year, and a wish to finally reach the podium in World Cup. Despite our best debut in 2man tour, injuries never seem to stop bothering all of us. The team couldn’t push harder at training to keep going at the level we wanted.. so we took the decision to stop racing this year, to not take the risk of making everything worse and to be sure that we will definitely be ready for next year.. with the Lake Placid World champs and the Olympic Games in sight.

We are sad to announced that we will make a short break in 4man until the World Cup in Saint Moritz. The guys need to recover from injuries and we expect to come back to our level as soon as possible. We focus now on 2man with the World Cup #3 in Austria, tomorrow with 💪🏻 at 2pm on YouTube Ibsf Channel ..🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩

Really nice time racing in our home track, great race in 2man with a solid push finishing 8th and tight our best 2man result in World Cup. We were obviously expecting better but we definitely missed some speed down the track! We are working on it.
Really disappointing 4man result, but all these injuries affected us a lot at the push and too many mistakes in the track cost too much. Tough 14th place.

We didn’t get to post our 4man Result from lake placid before Christmas Because we needed time to analyse, digest the frustration and understand what happened. Fastest split between corner 4 and 10 and one of the slowest at the bottom of the track. we couldn’t work out the problem but finally, to be short, it was caused by a broken weld seam in the middle of the sled, meaning we lost momentum and we lost a lot of time in the high preasure corners. We have to focus on the positive and say that the human part was a solid performance. Push and drive was here but not the speed. Let’s keep pushing in Europe!
2 days, 2 races ✅ We leave 2 man week behind with 14th and 10th place finishes, not what we hoped for but the real highlight was a top 5 start holding the 5th position until a big mistake who cost us a lot.. Unfortunately we couldn’t make the most of the advantage, but we go into 4man week confident in this and excited to see what we can do after leading last years race after the first heat! We go again Saturday at 10am ( Local time ) 16pm ( Home time ). 🇮🇩💪🏻

First World Cup out of the way - not our best result (14th) but we can still be positive. Steven sure showed a heavy 205 kilo sled wasn’t a problem for him! Today we plan for Boris to return to racing after a little injury earlier in the week. These little steps keep us moving forward and we go again at 2pm (U.S time) / 8pm (Home) TODAY Let’s go Monaco 🇲🇨!

I didn’t really expect this post but it’s time for me to say goodbye to my lovely favorite helmet after 3 season and the half.. As you could imagine we’ve crashed at training, over 140km/h in this amazing track where we had for a plan to make our best result of the year. Is big words to say but a dream to medal was waiting for us, I was believing it more than anybody could imagine. Unfortunately after 2 days trying our best to go again, this concussion and neck pain that I can’t control was to risky and uncertain to drive again this 3 amazing guys I have behind me down this track. I still can’t believe this crash cause everything was going so well that I just didn’t react on this corner called 50/50... I’ll remember 2 sentences who make me took this decision..
Coach : “ you are not made to drive a sled slow, if you go it’ll be the same risk cause you’ll go to go fast”
Doctor “ better to do 10 more world championships that this one could be your last one”..

Finished the 2man season with a 9th place at the world championship witch become our best result on the 4th championship we’ve ever raced, catching up the second time of the 3rd run ! The top 6 was our target but considering our injury and surgery from last year who came back a little bit since the last few races and the tough year we had in 2man it’s probably a huge step forward we’ve made. We know what we can do now, let’s work and let this injuries behind us.

Well.. last week end was a huge emotional race. First time in 4man on this track with only 5 runs practicing we ended up 1th after the first run!
In the 2nd run my guys showed how much we wanted this medal with this amazing push, as soon as I jump in the sled I knew we would do it, I was so relax, taking corner after corner pushing the limit to be as fast as possible.. and then something I wasn’t expecting, something that was out of my mind happened.. 5cm to high on corner 9 waiting the exit to be early on corner 10 and boom .... Lake placid caught us and we’ve been through our first ever crash in 4man🤦🏼♂️ .. On our way to maybe get our first World Cup medal, we crashed and all this dream was gone. Back on the runners and nearly hit a track worker this day could’ve finished really bad but everybody is safe !
I can’t explain my disappointment cause right now I’m on my knees but we showed what we were able to do and I can’t wait to finally achieve what my team and I are working for.
Thank you for all the athletes and fans who were cheering for us! Before and After the crash, Monaco really appreciated it !

We needed 111 runs ever in 4 man and just 8 world cups to finally fight for a World Cup podium, 3th after the first run 1 we finally took the 4th place in Saint Moritz. Great experience and feeling before the 2 last World Cup in North America and world championship in Whistler.. let’s work harder to improve the start and it’ll come💪🏻

Last week, Austria was a bit more positive in 2man, 13th place despite a bad start number and a speed missing down the track. This week we arrived in Saint Moritz ready to put all the pieces together, we’re physically coming back race after race and worked a lot in the sled to get more speed. So today was great, 4th best start in the first run, 7th at the line ready to move up the second run!
But today our choice of runners was a risk and the weather didn’t fallow us until the race, -15 degrees all week and -4 today .. Smallest runners on the field cost us a lot down the track despite 2 good run with 2 big push ! Still our best result in 2man so far🇮🇩💪🏻 Tomorrow is 4man day ! Let’s pushing

Let’s forget the two man part of this week end and figure it out what was the problem to improve next week. ( 20th World Cup / 15th European)
The 4man race didn’t really end up like we wanted as well, after the 2 man race, it was tough to stepped up after a disappointment but the team and I tried until the end. Despite a little mistake the first run who set us 8th, We finally took the 7th European place (0,02 sec out of the top 6) reaching up the 5th European time in the second run. !
We’ll keep working and pushing until the world championship! Our only mind goal 🇲🇨💪🏻
Next stop ➡️ Austria 🇦🇹

Bonjour à tous, on espère que vous avez tous passés un excellent Noël. Nous avons hâtes de reprendre les compétitions en Europe pour cette deuxième partie de saison et surtout pour les championnats du monde à Whistler en mars! 7th after the first run really close from the top 6, we were on the good way to finish this year with our best result ever.. Unfortunately 2018 end up as it’s started with a new injury, between run 1 and 2 Steven tore his hamstring. Thanks to him and all the team who decided to still go and try to keep a good result ! .. Still top 8 finishing! Time to go home and come back stronger. I guess 2019 can just be better🇲🇨💪🏻

Ended up this first month of competition in North America Cup with 2 silver and 3 gold, our best start so far. Loads of positive to keep in mind for looking forward to the next world cups races coming!
Feels good to feel in shape and finally be able to work more on this 4man crew.
Was also great to see Anthony’s comeback and having 2 Monaco sleds since a while 🇮🇩🔥💪🏻

Well, another race another story. First time ever with the 4man on this track! 3 runs later our first over 150km/h ! And after our 6th runs ever we are fighting with the Olympic Silver medalist in 4 man for the second place and took the second place again, getting closer from after a big mistake the first run. Great push from the guys, let’s keep pushing

Kicked off this new season 18/19 on the fastest track in the world who will receive the world championship in March 2019🇨🇦 After our last tough year we are back racing healthy with a revenge spirit in mind.
We took the second place on this North America cup just behind the Olympic Champion who pushed us to be even better and come even closer the second run 💪🏻 .. Great feeling to be back, exciting for the world cups coming.

After a tough year it is hard to end this season with disappointment. Our final result - a 19th place finish at the Olympic Games. It is far from what we know we can achieve, and I hoped to be able to out-drive our issues with injury, but this season took its toll. We didn’t stop fighting, right until the end. It is like this that we learn, and we will be back stronger, but for now I take time to recover from this season. Time for holidays.

Après une année difficile comme celle ci c’est dur de finir par une déception.. 19th de ces Jeux Olympiques. C’est de loin le résultat que nous nous étions fixés et de loin le résultat que nous pouvions atteindre mais les blessures ont fait parties du jeux cette année.. je suppose que c’est comme ça que nous apprenons et nous ferons en sorte de revenir plus fort ! Il est temps de récupérer et de se soigner! Merci à tous pour vos encouragements, bisous à très bientôt !
