Chocolate cream pie! I used to make this with chai infused honey in the filling, this time I used date molasses + Lyle’s golden syrup. The result is a nuanced sweetness that (I think) suits the chocolate and overall richness perfectly✨

It’s been awhile, and this snow day feels like as good a time as any to dive back into posting! ❄️✨ I’ve really enjoyed baking with my kids over the last several weeks, taking time to develop recipes and ideas. These cardamom blondies stand out as a favorite with walnut, pear, and bittersweet chocolate! Feeling like I may need to combine these flavors into a winter cake…💫
