Have you ever heard the term 'multi-passionate creative'?
Well, I have a confession to make: until recently I had never heard of it. But I definitely am: I am a multi-passionate creator. So, now I've said it.
People who have known or followed me for a while probably already knew it. And of course I also know about myself that I can jump from one passion into another.
But I never knew that I'm not the only one who is like that. I always thought there was something wrong with me. Always being told to concentrate on 1 (or maybe 2 or 3) things, because that is the only way to be successful. So that is what I tried. Well, kind of.
Because I wanted to be successful (who doesn't) I basically just showed you my creations that were within a certain subject or made with the same technique.
Yet often I was working on several projects at the same time, but never dared to show them.
For fear of being misunderstood, for fear of never having success.
In my head there is a constant, never ending flow of ideas and I cannot be happier than when I give shape to those ideas, when I create with my heart and my hands what I see in my head.
Exploring unknown techniques, materials and tools, upcycling, recycling and combining skills; that is what makes my soul sing.
From now on I will take you along in my multi-passionate creative journey. And I sincerely hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
Love, Erwina
PS In the video 8 of the 11 things on the wall are (partly) made by me 😊

When I told her I would prepare her for a party, she said she could do it herself 🤣 And yes, I talk to my flowers. Don't you? 😉
.
And you know what? If you invite her, she'll take her friends if you want to 😉 PM for options. There are many! 🤍

White or green
Did you know that making choices is one of the most difficult things for me when making the flowers?
Take this arrangement as an example: I just replaced the leaves and now I don't know which one I like better 🤷🏽♀️
What is your preference? Give me a 🤍 for the one with the white leaves or a 💚 for the green leaves 🌿🌿🌿
Blooper
When you put a lot of effort in a nice short video and end up with a black cover photo 🤷🏽♀️
Place of chaos
A look behend the scene: my happy place of chaos 😀 Do you have such a place that makes you happy despite the chaos? Tell me about it in the comments!
Crepepaperbranches
Before and after: this is what branches looked like 2 years ago and now. I'm very happy with the improvement 🙂 Which one do you prefer?
Butterfly stories🦋
Matka canyon (where The Cherry Tree is located) is well known for its wide variety of butterflies. I love to just sit and watch them and make up my own little stories of where they go and what they 'say'. Do you?💚💚💚
Giant flowers everywhere!
These pictures are sent by friends/fans/followers while they were away from home. They too start to see the big flowers everywhere and that makes me SO happy!
Especially because these giant beauties can be used in so many places to draw attention: in hair- nail- and beautysalons, in shopwindows, at babyshowers and weddings.
And they ALWAYS evoke an emotion. The best part: nine out of ten times people get happy and cheerful when they see them ❤️
Where would you use giant flowers to stand out? Tell me in a comment!
