Let's Avoid 3Cs, Practise 3Ws!

ကိုဗစ် နဲ့တိုက်ပွဲ က မပြီးသေးပါဘူး။ ကျွန်တော်တို့တစ်ယောက်စီ တစ်ယောက်စီတိုင်းက တာဝန်ကျေမှ ဒီရောဂါကြီးကို အောင်နိုင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အောက်ပါ ပိုစတာထဲက အတိုင်း 3Cs ကိုရှောင်ကြဉ်ပြီး 3Ws ကို ကျင့်သုံးလိုက်ကြရအောင်။

The battle against COVID-19 pandemic is not over and everyone plays a big role to contain it. All of us need to avoid the 3Cs and practise the 3Ws.

အယ်လ်ဇိုင်းမား ရောဂါဟာ ဆရာဝန်တစ်ယောက်ရဲ့အမည်ကို အစွဲပြုထားတယ်ဆိုတာ သင်သိပါသလား?

Dr Alois Alzheimer ဟာ ဒီရောဂါ ရဲ့ဇစ်မြစ်ကို ပထမဆုံး ဖော်ပြခဲ့သူဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အယ်လ်ဇိုင်းမားရောဂါဟာ များသောအားဖြင့် အသက် ၆၅နှစ် နှင့်အထက် အရွယ်များမှာ ခံစားရလေ့ရှိပေမယ့် ၅% မှာတော့ ၆၅နှစ်အောက်အရွယ်တွေမှာလည်း ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

အောက်ပါ အချက်အလက်များကတော့ အယ်လ်ဇိုင်းမားရောဂါအကြောင်းသိကောင်းစရာများပါ။ အောက်ပါ လက္ခဏာ တွေထဲက တစ်ခုခု ကိုယ့်မိဘဆွေမျိုး အသိုင်းအဝိုင်းမှာ သတိထားမိရင်တော့ ကျွမ်းကျင်တဲ့ အထူးကုဆရာဝန် (neurologist) နဲ့ချက်ချင်းပြသဆွေးနွေးဖို့လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
