Leadership Essential Module 6 completed for the fantastic future leaders at Dai-ichi Life Insurance Myanmar Today's focus - "What motivates you? Why do you do what you do?" We explored Motivation using the Management 3.0 Moving Motivator cards. We love using these in face-to-face workshops, but as this was a virtual session (well, our Director Ian was on Zoom, 5000 miles away from their team office in Yangon!), we created a MIRO board to allow everyone to explore their cards in a virtual way and discuss their differences.
