ဒို့ပညာရေးလောကမှာ စာသင်ကျောင်း ၃ မျိုးတွေ့ရပါတယ်။
အဲဒီကျောင်းတွေက...
၁) အစိုးရကတိုက်ရိုက်ကိုင်တွယ်စီမံတဲ့ကျောင်း
၂) အစိုးရမဟုတ်တဲ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းသို့မဟုတ်
ပုဂ္ဂလိကအုပ်ချုပ်စီမံတဲ့ကိုယ်ပိုင်ကျောင်း
၃) နိုင်ငံခြားနဲ့ပူးပေါင်းတည်ထောင်ပြီးကိုယ်တိုင်စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်တဲ့နိုင်ငံတကာစာသင်ကျောင်း-ဟူ၍ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ကျောင်းအားလုံးဟာပညာရေးဝန်ကြီးလက် အောက်ခံဖြစ်ပြီးနိုင်တော်ရဲ့စည်းကမ်းဥပဒေတွေကိုတိကျစွာလိုက်နာရပါတယ်။
