This event will be held by Macau Culinary Association and Institute for Tourism Studies Culinary Arts Management Year 2 students. The pu
rpose is to spread awareness of social welfare inequities for underprivileged children in Macau. We aim to provide our guests with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the organizations whose main purpose are to offer orphaned children a place of refuge and care. The date of the event will be held 25April 2015 at Ocean Gardens ---Ocean Club Coffee House.The barbecue dinner will begin at 17:00. The event with a projected 250 guests will have an opportunity to meet with representatives from the chosen charities while enjoying a barbecue style dinner, including drinks, entertainment, and an opportunity to win prizes through a lucky draw.All profits from the event will be donated to Lar De Nossa Senhora Da Penha , ECF Fellowship Orphanage Inc. and Cradle of Hope Association---Fountain of Hope .
