Greetings to members, followers and visitors on the group.

A client purchased a top which was on clearance sales and in stock with me. So she paid on Sunday 17 March and I posted on the very next day "Monday 18 March" and I also sent her the postage receipt like i always do. So during the week she messaged that she did not receive any messages from the post office. I called at the Post office several times to enquire and to help the latter and indeed the parcel reached the concerned post office and the officer told me that they will message the receiver soon.
So today from my part i advised them to go and take their parcel as I already spoke with the officer.
Now when the client went to the post office they refused to hand over the parcel to her because the name on the parcel and the name on her ID card didn't match because Madam gave me a pet name not her real name as written on her ID card!!!!!!!

So now her husband insulted me on the phone that I should have asked for full name; I should have specified her to give me the name written on her ID card and that i didn't do my job well!!!!
