This has been on my mind since our last sneak peak promoter call

It’s been a while since I shared a little about my health journey. So here goes....Before I was and fueling my body with crap when I came across and . I dropped 40+lbs of fat, started sleeping better, better moods, clear mental focus and clearer skin. 3yrs later I am still on this journey and sharing my story everyday because I believe in ketones and if I can help one person feel better and be better, then my journey to has been worth it all!
