I had an amazing take away meal from La Maltija last night. Even though the mixed shellfish wasn’t in stock, they called us up straight away and asked what we would like instead. Obviously we went for the king prawns. And as a little sorry they even gave us some local Appetisers free of charge. I would definitely recommend La Maltjia in St Jillians to any one

A little project for a client of mine, a pair of adirondacks chairs finally coming to an end, the only thing that is left is to give them a final sand and deliver them to her door.

Here’s a few stages of how I made 4 lengths of iroko wood from PM Hobby into a few folding adirondacks chairs.

I can feel another project on the way! Im looking forward to starting this one properly on Friday.

I had to cut the Iroko wood from PM Hobby yesterday roughly to size to help with the storage using the Makita SP6000J plunge saw and rails as I don’t have a table saw.

I have all the piece cut to a rough size using a cutting list I’ve made, the next step is to cut all the shapes out and plane it smooth.

A nice little ikea furniture building job completed last week. As always, tools and materials are neat and tidy and the dust sheet down to collect all the dust and protect the floors

An amazing piece of equipment! This heat panel from Healthy Heat works wonders. It heats up the whole room in no time at all and it’s more attractive then a big gas fire!
