Your itinerary will be 100% custom-created based on your specifications. The first step is a complimentary consultation to understand what you are looking for in your travel experience. This can take place by meeting up face to face or through an email conversation. The initial list of the things we will need to understand are preferred destination, trip duration, total budget, service level, accommodation preferences, travel interests (cultural attractions, outdoor activities, relaxing, shopping, etc), and other desired travel services.

Traville will do all the hard work of researching for you and put together a customized plan of suggested itineraries, including sightseeing, dining suggestions, nightlife, and even how to get from point A to point B to maximize your time during your vacation.

Upon completion, we will send a draft version of the itinerary and work with you to ensure that it meets all of your travel needs.

All services are customized and made to order, so please allow up to two months for completion. Urgent jobs may be accommodated for an additional fee.

In addition to itinerary development, we will also handle all bookings and reservations for an additional fee.

A full-personalized itinerary will include the following:

Details on transport (incl. how to get from A to B)

Walking City Tours (incl. maps)

Recommendation on flights and accommodation (which you can opt to book yourselves)

Itinerary Design Fee

A draft itinerary is given against upfront payment, payable by internet banking or by cheque, while balance payment is due upon completion of the full-personalized itinerary.

Draft Itinerary: €100 (credited towards the cost of the full itinerary should you request one)

10 – 12 Day Full Itinerary: €180

13 – 15 Day Full Itinerary: €230

16+ Day Full Itinerary: €240 plus €10 each additional day (max €350)

Urgent Service Additional Fee: €100 (10-15 day itinerary), €160 (16+ day itinerary)

Booking Services

For an additional €60 fee, we will arrange flights and accommodation, as well as any specific railway/museum tickets on your behalf. This fee does not include the cost of the goods/services, for which you pay the supplier directly.

Private Groups

Travel with your friends or family while enjoying a private guided trip with personalized flexibility and duration. We cater to different tastes, styles and budgets.

It only takes a minimum of eight persons to make a Private Group! You can be a group of photographers looking for that perfect shot, a family with children longing for some quality time on a secluded beach, or just a group of friends who want to get away together.

All our Small Groups trips share a common philosophy of getting out there and experiencing the real world, and yet all trips are quite different from each other. You must consider carefully the type of tour that best suits you and your physical abilities. For guidance, please look at the grading system description listed under ‘Travel Styles’ on our website.

Design your itinerary or choose from existing Traville itineraries. Be accompanied by an experienced tour leader throughout. Choose your departure date and travel in the style you prefer. We have service levels to accommodate all types of travellers.

Join-In Groups

Enjoy the advantage of travelling in a small group of 8 to 14 persons. Benefit from low prices while at the same time enjoying the company of other like-minded travellers. Fixed departure dates.

We also organize guided join-in tours for small groups. These are usually organized on the request of individuals who are interested to travel to one of our destinations. Therefore, if you would like to travel to any of the featured destinations but you do not make a Private Group, contact us and we will promote the destination as a join-in tour.

Detailed Itineraries

A detailed itinerary will be given against upfront payment – payable by internet banking – credited towards the cost of the tour. If you decide not to join that group, the credit remains valid until you are ready to join any other Traville tour.
