Our Story
The name ‘It-Tokk’ is derived from an old Maltese word which means a meeting place. This well known store has been situated in a square, now Independence Square, for more than half a century. Until some years ago, this small shop which is in the centre of Victoria, was only selling fresh fruit and vegetables of the highest quality.
Demand for local traditional products has increased and It-Tokk was one of the first to start producing and selling traditional products. Nowadays we focus only on traditional products of the highest quality and strive to produce the best quality products on the. Few years ago as demand continued to increase we opened a small factory in Ta’ Dbiegi crafts village to continue produce and pack our products.
