generational fashion trends as well as our own customers’ purchasing preferences. Moreover, we will
tailor our inventory to meet specific needs of our clientele. We will solely focus on styles, colors and fits
that will reveal your hidden glow. While our products, casual wears; shorts, tops & t-shirts, trousers &
jeans will be our main staple. Our pricing structure will remain flexible. We will implement end of season sales, holiday and overstock
sales, multi-buy savings and promotional coupons at strategic intervals.

2. Strategy & Implementation

Our company’s core business strategy is to combine exceptional and knowledgeable customer service
with quality stylish merchandise. And in turn, we will provide an enjoyable shopping experience for ourcustomers. We are currently working with several apparel wholesalers, fashion designers and garmentmanufacturers to assemble our inventory. Our marketing strategy will be through means of ourmarketing messages. As for our sales strategy, we will be offering promotional discounts, seasonal and clearance sales, followed by discount coupons to reward our regular customers. Also, we will be offering wholesale
prices on our products (min 12 pieces). We will accept both cash and payment via juice. No returns, and
exchanges must take place within 15 days of purchase and receipts are mandatory.
