When you purchase from me, u ll be notified when ur item has been posted and I ll send uu the receipt. If I did not get time to do so, uu can message me to ask whether it has been posted and I ll update uu accordingly.
When ur item is being delayed, its ur job to call at your local PO and enquire about the item. Uu can inform me, I ll see what I can do, but most of time I wont have time to do follow up with everyone's items.

I posted an item for a client on 23rd April. She informed me that she did not receive it on 28th April. So I told her to wait few more days bkz maybe it got delayed due to bad weather that week. Days later she contacted me again and said she had not yet received the parcel. I ask her if she received a notice from the PO, the answer was No. I called several times at the PO of her region, no one answered. Today, she again contacted me and said she did not receive the parcel. I called at the PO again several times, no one answered. I called at the central PO and a kind lady tracked it and informed me that the item had already reached the destination PO on 29th April (5 working days after I posted). She said that 2 notices had been sent to the person, but no one has collected it yet. Notice was sent bkz the parcel was a big box. So, obviously the postman wont deliver that to your door. I wonder to whom the postman was giving the notices to😶😶

I was happy to help my customer. But please when your parcel is being delayed, given that uu already have the receipt, please call and enquire about it or even go to the PO of your region and ask. Don't come at me and yell things like Im very disappointed etc etc. Once I ve posted ur item, it s up to the Mauritius Post LTD to do the rest, not me. Don't blame me and my online shop for your delayed parcel.
