Celebrating American painter - Morris Louis. Louis gained notority in the 1950's within the color field movement. While living in Washington, DC , in the 50's and 70's, Louis became one of the founder of the Washington Color School along with Kenneth Noland.

An art movement that came from abstract expressionism modulating the rapid social, artistic and humanistic changes of the time.
