It is the treatment given to the Services Sector, who is the Primary Growth Engine of the Mauritian economy as mention at page 42 of the Annual Report of year ended 30 June 2019 of the Bank of Mauritius.

If MEXA itself says that producing in Mauritius for Africa is not effective why do we have so much incentives for manufacturing and export oriented entreprises in the budget. Minister Padayachy should review urgently his strategy as this will lead to uneffective use of Tax Payers money.
