Butter chicken (Chicken Makhani) is all the explanation you need! Our recipe consists of two steps. First marinating the chicken in spices and other secret ingredients, and then grilling it in our tandoor till tender and charred at the edges.
The grilled chicken is then simmered in a rich tomato, butter and cream based gravy. Best accompanied with our delicious naans.
