We, the team of Cafe le Palmier, would like to get to know your catering partner. We are a family team of chefs, pastry chefs with many years of experience in organizing and holding various events of various sizes. Catherine, the organization's head looks back on international experience she gained in Canada, South Africa, and Europe. In addition, she and her brother Michael, over the past three years, have been gathering a wealth of experience in Indian cuisine for preparing over 15,000 meals for young students from India. Non Veg and of course Veg Lunch and Dinner with directly import Indian Masala.
You need a larger number of chapatis? Our industrial Chapati oven is able to cook more than 500 chapaties per hour while maintaining high quality. This is unique in Mauritius.
Her private passion belongs to the preparation and creation of the area for the sweet things. Treats, cakes or the eye-catcher for every dessert Table: The Chocolate Fountain.
