Absolutely thrilled with the energy and enthusiasm of Kenyan physicians under ECSACOP Kenya (East Central and Southern Africa College of Physicians) and Kenya Association of Physicians. Their active participation made the ECSACOP "Physicians as Educators" course we led in a success. Their organisation of the course was excellent and the hospitality was amazing.

The opportunities to learn from and grow with each other are endless. Our shared knowledge and experiences will go a long way in training and growing the body of Internal Medicine physicians in Africa.

It's and a good day to celebrate the strides this region of has made through and founding the East Central and Southern Africa College of Physicians and jointly training specialist physicians within the region for the region. I am honoured to be one of three African physicians in ECSACOP's training faculty to run a train-the-trainer course for 's physicians under the Kenyan Association of Physicians. This will be the first time an ECSACOP train-the-trainer course is run by local African faculty. Excited as I start off for 🤗

Each time I visit Kigali I am always amazed at how refreshing, clean and orderly it is. There's so much this country is getting right that we need to learn from.

It's a perfect place for such a huge event bringing together all big players and users of digital education in Africa. The possibilities and potential to grow this are endless. There is so many ways this can be done in Africa for Africa and by Africans.

I learnt a lot, made so many new connections and networks today. Such a great experience

Easiest way to pass an exam?

You have to decide way before the exam that you will pass.

Effort is useless when you have already given up. Being timid and unsure becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

If you see yourself as someone that can't learn, you will not learn.

There is so much to learn in Medicine.

Understanding, not memorizing, saves you time.

Understanding takes time but you only have to understand once.

Understand to reduce the number of things you have to memorize.

Practicing medicine you don't understand is hard.
