Cocina Consciente is the only plant based, gluten, soy, & corn free restaurant in San Cristóbal de las Casas.

We prepare all of our sauces and dishes from scratch. We only use coconut oil for cooking our food. We prepare food with intention and care so that you leave the restaurant feeling more energized and vibrant!

Food isn’t meant to make you tired and heavy, it’s meant to nourish your body while allowing your essence to shine.

Our eggless Eggcited Muffys are available every Sunday on our brunch menu served 9am-1pm!

We cover the muffys in cheese sauce and top them with coconut bacon. This dish is also served with pico de gallo & sweet potato hash on the side.

Our restaurant is located on Real de Guadalupe, so we also honor her every day by lighting a candle to give thanks and appreciation for protecting our business. 🙏

The Guada-Latte is steamed coconut milk, espresso, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, coconut sugar, y mucho amor. 💓

This is Valeria and Jesse (aka Dr. Dan)!
