Chiles en Nogada season is oficially here πŸ‡²πŸ‡½ | this is one of the most loved Mexican recipes, yet unknown to most foreigners

This ancient recipe consists in a non-spicy pepper from Puebla México, stuffed with beef or pork (vegetarian option available 🌱), but the cherry on the top is the salsa.
