My everyday routine to keep my immune system level at the tip top conditional

It's necessary to take the time to plan out how you want things to go down in your life. Things may not have gone exactly according to plan in 2020 but valuable lessons were learnt and new perspectives on things were gained.

Use this time to plan 2021 as best as you can. Any targets you have begin to write them down somewhere so you can refer to them constantly as the new year goes on.

Many people have motivation BUT what they lack is strong discipline & the resolve to do what needs to be done in order to reach new levels (DON'T BE SUCH A PERSON).

Here are 5 things that help me to stay focused whenever I'm pursuing my targets.

1️⃣ Remember why I'm doing it all (my reasons are motivation enough for me)

2️⃣ Forget about your feelings (no matter how bad things get you have to keep your emotions in check)

3️⃣ Envision yourself having reached your goals and the satisfaction that will come with it

4️⃣ Use an Excel Spreadsheet to efficiently keep track of all progress to help me keep going

5️⃣ Putting the goals before comfort, hanging out with friends or family etc

If you want to get ahead in 2021 then you have to plan and then go after it with a vengeance with fury not passively or hoping things will get better.

◽The only way to predict the future is to have power to shape the future.
