Ordered a standard pint via Grab delivery but receive hand pack pint which is smaller in volume and does not taste like Haagen Dazs which I always had for the past 10 or so years, suspect its already near expiry? Will never buy from QBM branch or use Grab anymore as both did not solve our smaller volume issue, really felt cheated.

Is the staff ready to work before their training? Or they had their training but just doesn’t train well. The staff doesn’t bother to serve at all. I told the staff over there at counter I need assist on cakes selection. After a moment, I was wondering why no staff come over yet especially another customer who came after me also get serve and done with his payment. I tell them I’m still waiting them in front of the fridge, two staff was like pushing each other to assist me. With showing a very blackface and attitude when I ask what’s flavour is it. Am I having bad odour, I look dirty, or I don’t cover myself with face mask?
