Job Position: Assistance Document Controller
Location : No.8, Lorong Inang 1, Taman Bunga Raya, Jalan Baru, 13700 Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang · Perai
Experience: at least 6 months to 1 year working experience
Language: English and Malay
Qualification: Diploma or Degree
Able to use Excel, Word, SQL
Data organization and storage knowledge
Organized filling system for important and confidential company documents
Able to control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents
Incharge for renewal of company license such as poison lesen, Halal, GMP
Able to work in independent
Have own transport for travelling to work
Willing to learn and learn fast

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm), Lunch time: 12.30pm to 1.30pm
Saturday (8.30am to 1 pm)

* Ensure all shipment and inventory transaction accuracy
*Monitor and ensure all material handling equipment are in good order and are maintained timely and regularly.
* Maintain job records, document all necessary information and present reports to the Management as required.
* Ensure that all the report/data finish on time and accurate
Working Day & Time :
Monday - Friday | 9am - 6pm
Saturday | 9am - 1pm
