Best Banana Bread Recipe
This bread has a wonderful crisp outside crust and the inside is moist and sweet with banana flavour and crunchy with banana nuts.
Ingredients;
➛1 3/4 cups (225 grams) all-purpose flour
➛3/4 cup (150 grams) granulated white sugar
➛1 teaspoon (4 grams) baking powder
➛1/4 teaspoon (1 gram) baking soda
➛1/4 teaspoon (1 gram) salt
➛1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
➛1 cup (120 grams) walnuts or pecans, coarsely chopped
➛2 large (100 grams) eggs, lightly beaten
➛1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
➛1 1/2 cups (360 ml) (375 grams) mashed bananas (about 3 large ripe bananas)
➛1 teaspoon (4 grams) pure vanilla extract

Air-fryer Garlic Butter Mushroom Recipe
Air Fryer mushrooms need just a few ingredients and take very little effort. Air Fryer Mushrooms are easy, elegant, and full of garlicky flavor! Mushrooms are seasoned and tossed with a bit of oil. Cook until tender and then toss with garlic butter. So simple.

Ingredients For Air-fryer Garlic Butter Mushroom Recipe
⭐1 pound mushrooms cleaned (and halved if large)
⭐1 tablespoon olive oil
⭐2 teaspoons soy sauce
⭐pepper to taste
⭐1 tablespoon garlic butter melted
⭐1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
Instructions For Air-fryer Garlic Butter Mushroom Recipe
⭐Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
⭐Toss mushrooms with olive oil and soy sauce, season with pepper.
⭐Place mushrooms in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket after 4 minutes.
⭐Remove from the air fryer and place in a small bowl. Toss with garlic butter and parsley.
⭐Serve warm.
NOTES:
◾No Garlic Butter? No Problem! Mix one small clove of garlic (if your clove is large, just use half unless you love a big kick of garlic) with 1/4 cup of salted butter and a pinch of parsley. Melt 1 tablespoon for this recipe and slather the rest on French bread or serve as steak butter on Air Fryer Steaks!
◾To wash mushrooms give them a quick rinse in a colander, gently brush off any dirt and pat them dry.
◾Don’t toss with the soy sauce until just before cooking.
◾For the best air fryer mushrooms, be sure to preheat the Air Fryer before cooking.
◾Avoid crowding the basket so they can get crispy all around. If cooking for a crowd, cook a couple of batches and then heat both for 1 minute or so before serving.

Ingredients:
Lemon and Basil Dressing:
- 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil
- 1 clove minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Honey Mustard Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Ginger and Soy Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1/4 cup sesame oil.
- Salt and pepper to taste
Avocado and Lemon Dressing:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup of fresh chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mint and Yogurt Dressing:
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 clove minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a small container, combine all the ingredients of the selected dressing until well combined.
2. Taste and adjust the flavor to your preference, adding more salt, pepper or lemon if needed.

Stuffed Potatoes
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 4-5 pieces
Onion - 1 piece
Garlic - 2 cloves
Red sweet pepper - 1 large
Chicken breast - 300 g
Parsley - 2-3 sprigs
Cheese - 100 g
Salt
Black ground pepper
Instructions:
I preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees Celsius.
I prick the potatoes with a fork and coat them with vegetable oil.
I bake them for 45-50 minutes until they are soft.
I finely chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil and butter (2 tbsp of butter). Then, I add finely grated garlic and sauté for a couple of minutes.
I add finely chopped chicken breast and diced red bell pepper to the onion mixture.
I season the mixture with salt and pepper and sauté until the chicken is cooked through.
I cut the baked potatoes in half and remove the pulp.
I mash the potato pulp, season it with salt, and mash it with a fork.
I mix the mashed potatoes with the chicken mixture. Additionally, I can add finely chopped parsley for freshness.
I fill the potato skins with the chicken and potato mixture.
I sprinkle grated cheese on top.
I bake the stuffed potatoes for an additional 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Ingredients
⅓ cup soy sauce
½ cup olive oil
⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons dried basil
1 ½ tablespoons dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce (Optional)
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic (Optional)
Directions
Place the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley, and pepper in a blender. Add hot pepper sauce and garlic, if desired. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until thoroughly mixed.
Pour marinade over desired type of meat. Cover, and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. Cook meat as desired.

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt (OPTIONAL)
1/8 teaspoon celery salt (OPTIONAL)
STEPS:
Combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Store in a cool, dry, dark place in an airtight container up to 6 months. Sprinkle on plain hot fries.
CHICKEN SEASONING
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon ground mustard
1/2 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon salt
1/8 tablespoon cayenne
STEPS:
Mix all ingredients and store in a cool, dry place up to 6
months. Can be use as marinade or dry rub to chicken or pork, grilled, baked or even in veggies.
ADOBO SEASONING
6 tablespoons granulated garlic
4.5 tablespoons kosher salt
4 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons oregano
3/4 teaspoon turmeric
STEPS:
Grind in a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder.
Store in a cool, dry place up to 6 months. Can be use for marinade or any adobo dishes.
