* Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
* Should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.
* Responsible for office projects and tasks, as well as overseeing the work of junior admin staff.
* Fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
* Problem solving, supply management, inventory controler, professionalism and good in analysis.
